Where you are, what you are locked out of, and for a vehicle the year, make, and model. That lets us quote you honestly before we leave, instead of surprising you with a price when we arrive.
Stay with the vehicle or door
We are coming to your location. If you have to leave, let us know so we are not rolling out to an empty parking lot.
What it costs
We quote before we drive. The trip is part of the number we give you, so the price we say on the phone is the price you pay when we are done.
What to ask before work starts
Ask any locksmith for a firm total before anything is touched, and make sure that total covers the trip as well as the labor. Ask whether the person coming is with the company or a subcontractor. A quote well under twenty dollars is usually a booking fee rather than the price of the job. None of this is unique to us; it is simply what we would want to know before letting somebody work on our own car.
