Rekeying
Just closed on a house? Had a roommate, tenant, contractor, or ex move out? Rekeying changes which key works without replacing the hardware. It costs a good deal less than new locks and takes minutes per door. We can also key every lock in the house to one single key.
Deadbolts & hardware upgrades
Builder-grade locks are usually the weak point of an otherwise secure house. We install graded deadbolts, reinforced strike plates, and longer screws that anchor into the stud rather than just the jamb.
Smart locks
Keypad and app controlled locks installed and set up properly, including making sure the door still latches as it should. That last part is where a hurried install usually comes undone.
Broken keys & failing locks
Key stuck, snapped, or a lock that has gotten stiff and unreliable? We extract, repair, or replace, and cut you fresh keys on site.
Mailbox, shed & cabinet locks
